Housing
Housing for bunnies varies for different people. Some people want a “house-bunny” that you can litter train and keep inside. Some people like to keep the hutch for their rabbits inside. Some housing options are a simple wire cage in a barn or shed…or in a protected part of your yard. Our housing we use is a home-made hand-built vinyl-coated hardware cloth bottom hutch outside, so the rabbit waste can stay away from the rabbits. We also have a “poop-catcher” underneath, so gravity takes the poo to a container, which we can use for fertilizer or throw away.
